A room with a view

The house consists of two floors, connected by stairs and an elevator.

The first floor features four bedrooms, each connected to one another by a balcony, leading to a terrace that overlooks the natural surroundings, extending all the way to the ocean, the garden, and the pool.

The ground floor boasts a spacious and well-lit open area. Here, you’ll find a living room with its own fireplace, an open kitchen with a large marble island where everyone can gather, and a dining area with a wooden table big enough to accommodate twelve guests.

The floor is completed by a bathroom and a bedroom. A corridor leads to the main entrance, as well as the laundry room and a vestibule.

Bedrooms

Our house features five distinct bedrooms, each bath with light from large windows and graced with beautiful views of the garden, the pool and the captivating ocean.

Enhanced with natural and inviting materials, they provide a cosy ambiance that will leave an indelible impression on your stay.

NB: All our bedrooms are accessible by reduced mobility person. 

Master Suite

This spacious bedroom is graced with a stunning view of the ocean, the pool, and the garden. The room comes equipped with a generous wardrobe, and it includes a separate bathroom with a toilet, complemented by a walk-in shower.

This much-coveted bedroom is thoughtfully nestled, providing a touch of privacy, and is merely a heartbeat away from the pool. It offers ample space with a generous wardrobe. Additionally, the separate bathroom, featuring a toilet and a walk-in shower, is just a step away from this exclusive retreat.

Bathrooms

Each bathroom has been meticulously designed using warm, noble and natural materials that evoke the beauty of the nearby sandstone cliffs along the beach.

Outdoor premises

The property boasts a range of outdoor features. These include an inviting outdoor swimming pool and a meticulously maintained Mediterranean garden, which is divided into two distinct areas. On the swimming pool level, you’ll discover a cozy space with sofas and a coffee table, ideal for enjoying aperitifs while watching the sunset. In a separate corner, you can engage in those world-changing discussions with friends near the fire pit.

Furthermore, there is a secluded backyard with a tranquil garden, offering a perfect spot for relaxation and reading. This area provides a peaceful retreat from the sun and the busy surroundings.

A pétanque court, delightful spot that provides the perfect opportunity for people of all ages to come together, bond, and create cherished memories.

Beneath the patio, you’ll discover a spacious outdoor kitchen equipped with a wood-burning barbecue. Adjacent, there’s a generously sized teak wood table that can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people.
